Introducing ‘Wild Harvest’ Sessions: Taste sensations of the Northern Rivers
Harvest introduces a unique dining experience with ‘Wild Harvest Sessions’ each Wednesday evening for the most discerning diner with a test menu incorporating wild and native ingredients.
Asking diners to step outside of their comfort zone and join the team at Harvest on their journey, Bret Cameron (Executive Chef), Peter Hardwick (Forager) and Noah Kaufman (Head Chef) will present a selection of ideas and flavours over four courses after a day of foraging and developing menu ideas.
Wild Harvest Sessions are just the beginning of Harvest’s exciting future and the first of its kind in the Northern Rivers.

WILD HARVEST on Wednesday 19 October will be a dedicated fundraising event for Boomerang festival, featuring foraging stories & Northern Rivers food history from an Aboriginal perspective.
