Harvest Cafe have recently employed forager Peter Hardwick. Peter will source the finest local ingredients for local Chefs Sarah Swan (100miletable), Katrina Kanetani (Town) Bret Cameron (Harvest), Monique Guterres (SeaweedCuisine) and Clayton Donovan (Jaaning Tree)
