If you are a cheese and wine lover, join us for a special Byron Bay Mozzarella Produce Dinner on Thursday 12th July from 6pm.
Guests will be treated to a talk about the traditional making of Italian-style cheeses by Luca and Valerio from Byron Bay Mozzarella, matched with a glass of wine and a three-course menu, with each course containing a locally made artisan cheese.
Our three Italian chefs will be hosting an intimate pasta dinner on Thursday 5th July from 6pm, with each chef giving guests an in-depth experience on how to prepare and make their signature pasta dishes.
In true Italian family-style, guests will also be able to talk to the chefs and ask them questions throughout the night. So if you’ve been waiting for the perfect opportunity to master the craft of pasta making, this is it!
From 3-6pm every Tuesday to Sunday afternoon, drop by Beach Byron Bay where you can order an Italian-style mezze plate and a drink from our new afternoon aperitivo food and drinks menu, including our signature winter drink – Mozart Symphony.
Served hot, Mozart Symphony features Gentleman Jack, chocolate Mozart, chai latte, cinnamon and chocolate dust. Don’t even try to resist!
