Caper Byron Bay Festival presents special guest and dumpling master from Melbourne famed “Shan Dong Mama”; Mama Ying.
You will be delighted with daily YUM CHA in the garden bar at The Brunswick Picture House.
Operating over the festival weekend, guests will have the special opportunity to try one of the most respected traditional dumpling masters in the country, with a carefully selected set menu by Ying herself.

Pan fried zucchini Vegan dumplings
Pan fried M9 wagyu beef pot stickers
Pan fried Melbourne pot stickers (chicken and seafood)
Boiled mackerel fish dumplings
Boiled squid ink dumpling ( NZ squid, fish roe, Basil, free range chicken )
Aged vinegar black fungus salad
