MEDICINE DANCE is a free-style dance journey ~ a moving meditation which takes you into an intimate conversation with your being. It has the power to catalyse deep release, healing & transformation. The journey travels through various elemental rhythms, it will start slowly and build up to an energetic, ecstatic peak & then move back down to a quiet, meditative place of stillness, leading you back to yourself; to a real self, an authentic, passionate, instinctive, heart-centred self.
Lightly facilitated & accompanied by an inspiring, soul stirring mix of global rhythms, along with the collective energy of the group. Marnie’s compassionate, playful, intuitive style
will guide you through the journey.
The practice is simple & accessible for all held safely in sacred space. Alcohol & substance free dance space. Every BODY is welcome – as you are.
