Bangalow Music Festival

14 – 16 August 2009

In 2004, Australian composer Peter Sculthorpe described it as, “the most exciting festival, outside a capital city, that I have ever attended”.

The Bangalow Music Festival is a worldclass event in the township of Bangalow – 10 minutes from Byron Bay on the NSW north coast. The festival offers a variety of musical styles; professional chamber ensembles, emerging young artists, Australian composers and world-class soloists, in an intimate setting with just 300 seats.
