We are excited to announce a rustic culinary collaboration between “The Apollo Restaurant Sydney and The Byron at Byron” Join Chef Jonathan Barthelmess from The Apollo Sydney and Our Executive Chef Matthew Kemp and his team for a fabulous evening of Mediterranean share-style feast with a fusion of Byron Bay magic.

Enjoy a four-course affair of rustic Mediterranean dishes with wines from St Hugos and a Brookies Gin on arrival, with the view of the chefs cooking the lamb on the fire!
