The 2017 Stone Beer is here.

Brewed for when the days are short and the nights are cold, our winter seasonal honours the ancient techniques of brewing… By adding wood fired stones to the kettle to rouse the boil, the malt characters are intensified.

Tasting Notes:
Dark and robust, our 2017 Stone Beer uses six malts, giving it a roasted caramel aroma that’s balanced with a warming, full-bodied cocoa flavour.

Alc/Vol: 6.5%

Main malts used: Simpsons Marris Otter, Weyerman Caramunich 2, Weyermann Carafa special 1

Hops: Helga

IBU: Medium

What are our brewer’s saying?
“A robust porter… dark, warming with every malty mouthful!” Braydon O’Brien

“Everyone’s pumped to try the 2017 release alongside the barrel aged Stone Beer at Festival of the Stone… Will definitely be grabbing a few Sharers from the tasting room!” Josh Waters, Brewer.
