Brewed for when the days are short and the nights are cold, our winter seasonal honours the ancient techniques of brewing… By adding wood fired stones to the kettle to rouse the boil, the malt characters are intensified.
Dark and robust, our 2017 Stone Beer uses six malts, giving it a roasted caramel aroma that’s balanced with a warming, full-bodied cocoa flavour.
Main malts used: Simpsons Marris Otter, Weyerman Caramunich 2, Weyermann Carafa special 1
