Winter’s best Warm Up is a Dance with the Cunning Stunts before their Winter Break! All profits from the FUNdraising at the 3rd June Nudge Nudge Wink Wink event will help to make things toastier for You Have a Friend. Solely dedicated to supporting the homeless, marginalised, single parents and their children, You Have a Friend are a 100% not for profit organisation (no one is paid). The charity has 80 volunteers and an Op Shop in Tweed Heads. Taking no funding from any governments, the charity provides over 300 meals plus fruit/vegetables and grocery items each week on the streets in areas such as Tweed Heads, Coolangatta, Murwillumbah, Chinderah, Wooyung, Mt. Warning and Uki.
Warm up in the afternoon sun to June’s DJ’s who will keep their cool through the night. Following their secret debut’s at last December’s Nudge, DJ’s Lady Sarah and Miss L will be kicking the afternoon off raising the heat with their flowing beats. Increasing the temperature the Cunning Stunts resident DJs Lord Sut & Dale Stephen will ensure you’re dancing is hot to trot as they drop Vinyl that will titillate your senses and lift your temperature. Bringing the night to a feverish close with his all Vinyl set, International DJ and respected member of Byron Bay’s dance music scene, Captain Kaine will sear your senses and have you ready to embrace the winter break! All DJs donate their time and play their incredible tunes to support our local community and raise awareness at this party with a conscience.
Having donated over $155,000!!! thus far for local charities across 26 events, Cunning Stunts Nudge Nudge Wink Wink FUNdraising events consistently raise the bar.
The Nudge Nudge Wink Wink is a TICKETED monthly event running from September – June that brings the community together in an all-inclusive way, whilst raising much needed funding for beloved and deserving local charities that help improve the lives of Northern NSW residents. Food, entertainment, an outside bar and amazing raffle prizes all contribute to this special event the first Sunday of the month has become.
Fundraising at their events is raised through ticket sales, vendor and attendees’ donations, sponsors, merchandise sales and the selling of raffle tickets. 100% of profits donated to local well deserving charities.
