During the NSW North Coast Festival of Flavour, Crystalbrook Byron are turning off the lights in Forest Byron Bay, so you can turn up your senses.

In this intimate and unforgettable culinary journey, blindfolded guests will enjoy a tasting menu expertly designed to incorporate the four senses – sound, scent, taste, and touch. Set on our sprawling verandah, you’ll be treated to an immersive rainforest experience.
