You Beauty and Ciao, Mate! Executive Chef Matt Stone and The Eltham Hotel’s Head Chef Tim Goegan will serve a Sicilian-inspired roving menu crafted from the Northern Rivers’ finest local produce, to be paired with Jilly Wines’ latest releases and special back vintage bottles also.
