Crisp Stone & Wood Pacific Ale beer battered local pink snapper with shoestring fries and tartare sauce

Rangers Valley Wagyu beef burger, double smoked bacon, onion jam, cheddar cheese and beetroot served with steak fries

Linguini with Ballina pippies and king prawns, local greens, chilli, garlic and cherry tomatoes

Sunday roast of Clarence River porchetta with roasted potatoes, apple and cinnamon sauce, honest box carrots and proper gravy
