The 2009 Byron Bay Writers Festival takes place 7-9 August, with workshops from 3 August
NOTE – There is a new venue for the Writers Festival this year – Belongil Fields (the same site used by Splendour in the Grass & the Blues Festival). Belongil Fields is about 2km out of town on Ewingsdale Rd (the one that takes you to the highway). There will be shuttle busses every 30 minutes from the centre of Byron.

The 2009 Writers Festival Program will be released Friday 5 June.
