Three Free Events this April at the Byron Bay Farmers’ Market

Three awesome free events coming up in April for the public at Byron Farmers Market.

Thursday April 2nd
Easter will come one day early at The Byron Farmers Market this year. Locals and visitors will be treated to some amazing local produce from the market stallholders.

Chef Gavin Hughes of The Byron at Byron Resort & Spa will be hosting a farmers market tasting produce tent during the morning from 8am – 10am.

For the children, the Easter Bunny will be making a special appearance from 8.30 – 9.30am with some sweet treats in his basket!

Thursday April 9th
Warwick Woodford from Mount Warning Honey will have his small radial extractor and do a demonstration on how to extract honey. There will be a beehive on show and an interactive demonstration on the fascinating process of how local honey is made.

Crowd participation is encouraged. From 8.30am – 9.30am, Byron Farmers Market in front of his stall.

Saturday April 11
This time at the Bangalow Farmers Market there will be some school holiday fun with Chef Gavin Hughes showcasing some of the tasty offerings from Bangalow stallholders. He will be looking out for a mini assistant so pop on down, try some great produce from 8am -10am.
