Public Art in Byron Bay

I was driving into Byron the other day and saw some of the newish public art that’s appeared in Byron Bay in recent months.

I beleive it’s an initiative of Byron Shire Council and Byron United (like Byron Bay’s chamber of commerce).

I took a quick photo of the ‘Welcome to Byron’ example of public art;

Then a short time later – walking along Jonson St – I saw some public art being created by Imogen. She let me take her picture even though she had just started;

I’ll go back and get a photo of the finished art work in the near future.
