Byron Bay’s premier cocktail bar Balcony Bar & Oyster Co. is hosting the town’s first ever
Margarita Festival for the month of March. To celebrate the traditional Mexican drink, a
specialty cocktail menu has been crafted by the mixologists behind the balcony bar and the
month will now forever be known as Margarita March.

The team at Balcony Bar & Oyster Co. have also partnered with Bars March to raise some
much needed funds for the Animal Welfare League of Australia. One dollar from every Blood
Hound Margarita featuring blood orange juice (yum!) will be donated to the cause so be
sure to #haveadrinksaveadog.
