This is a Latest edition to Mic Rees New Online Gallery is a limited edition of only 30 (signed and numbered), painting on an ipad available in 2 sizes starting at only $155. This is the “kick off” painting for a new series Bush the beach and bays.

Rees’s work is initiated on site in the form of sketches and studies both on his Iphone ipad and traditional sketchpad. The finished work is produced on an ipad using a painting app called brushes then printed on archival cotton rag paper using Gi Clee process.

Trained in fine art majoring in traditional painting, Rees’s work still maintains a traditional feel only it’s painted on an ipad.

Rees exhibits regularly and has also illustrated for many nation magazines and publication.Rees new work has been regularly featured in many magazines and newspapers.

In the last 12 months Rees has held 2 successful solo shows last year “Wild Things” a series on wild flowers and surrounds at Sea Acres NPWS and recently just finished a show “Portable Canvas – at Sunset Gallery on the Mid North Coast a mixture of work from Vietnam and recent night paintings.
