Harvest Newrybar win Best Small Wine List (50 wines)

Harvest Newrybar win Best Small Wine List (50 wines) at Gourmet Traveller Wine List of the Year Awards 2017.

‘It has been an incredible journey tasting the varietal diversity that this country has to offer. I have met so many legends along the way and look forward to tasting what’s next.’
– Sommelier Russ Berry

Sommelier Russ Berry’s wine list reflects the sustainability at Harvest Newrybar, highlighting the diversity of the regions in Australia. The concise list features over 15 wines by the glass from $12, and bottles from $52.

“Russ Berry has negotiated his way through the mass of good and great Australian wines to create a tight, best of the best list – all at more than fair prices. Edgy styles and new-wave varieties rub shoulders with the classics… The list roams the country with small producers a focus and, while there’s plenty of the amber stuff you’ll taste at Rootstock, they’re all dangerously drinkable rather than funky for the sake of funk. All proof that ‘small and perfectly formed’ applies to wine lists as well. “
– Peter Bourne, Gourmet Traveller Wine

About Harvest Newrybar

Kassia and Tristan Grier, along with Brooke Hudson founded Harvest in 2007.
