David Lovett will be joining Beach as the new Head Chef. David has worked in the kitchens of a number of Sydney’s top venues, including Uccello, bills, Dank St Deport, North Bondi Italian and Bayswater Brasserie.
David will bring a taste of the Italian coast to Byron Bay. His food relies on simplicity and respect for good produce; comprising a few simple ingredients, carefully selected and served at their best.
In addition to our new food story, Beach will feature a take away kiosk with a menu designed for breakfasts on the go or beach side picnics. Diners are also welcome to make use of the newly designed outdoor seating area
